思うんだが、デパートとかでも気持ちの良い模範的な接客をするレジと、素のままで接客をするレジの２つを作ってみたら面白いかもw。素の方は人によっては愛想良かったり、逆に無愛想で一言も口を開かずに無表情で接客したりで何が出て来るかわからない、みたいな。で、気持ちの良い接客をする方のレジは付加価値の対価として料金を５％増しにすればいいw。そしたら「サービスはタダ（無料）なのが当たり前」みたいな傲慢な感覚は持てなくなるだろ？

無人/セルフレジの方は合計金額からレジ担当にかかる人件費分を引くか，もしくは有人レジの方に人件費分をプラスするかするとどういう反応が出るのか楽しみだ。
